In addition to building, purchasing and managing a handful of personal income properties, he has been an active commercial sales and leasing agent for everything from Mom-and-Pop businesses to major retail developments. GARTH SCHULTHEIS graduated from the Indiana University School of Business and began managing a 46-unit apartment complex in Logansport, Indiana. He moved to Fort Collins, Colorado to be part owner and manager of a 42-unit apartment complex and a 50-unit apartment complex in Cheyenne, Wyoming. In 1994 he relocated to Durango where he owned and managed a 98-unit apartment complex. In 1997 he obtained his real estate license. Garth’s experience ranges from duplexes, spec homes, development, commercial building acquisitions, leases, multifamily complexes, “flip” properties, fixer uppers to resort and recreational properties and second homes. |
